Chapter 8 · Prayers (Salat)
What must be covered of the private parts

Translation
Abu Hurairah reported: The Prophet ﷺ forbade two (kinds of) sales: the sale by touching (limas) and by throwing (nibadh); and that one should wrap oneself in the manner of as-samma', and that a man should sit with his knees drawn up (ihtiba') in a single garment.
Translator’s note: Limas: a sale in which merely touching the goods, without inspecting them, makes it binding; nibadh: one in which throwing the goods to the other makes it binding. Samma': wrapping oneself in a single garment so that no opening is left for the hands; according to another explanation, throwing it over one shoulder so that the private parts are exposed. Ihtiba': sitting with the knees drawn up to the body and the garment wrapped around the back and legs.

Deutsch
Ebû Hüreyre (r.a.)
