أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى نُخَامَةً فِي الْقِبْلَةِ، فَشَقَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى رُئِيَ فِي وَجْهِهِ، فَقَامَ فَحَكَّهُ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا قَامَ فِي صَلاَتِهِ، فَإِنَّهُ يُنَاجِي رَبَّهُ ـ أَوْ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ ـ فَلاَ يَبْزُقَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ قِبَلَ قِبْلَتِهِ، وَلَكِنْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ، أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيْهِ ". ثُمَّ أَخَذَ طَرَفَ رِدَائِهِ فَبَصَقَ فِيهِ، ثُمَّ رَدَّ بَعْضَهُ عَلَى بَعْضٍ، فَقَالَ " أَوْ يَفْعَلْ هَكَذَا ".

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ،
Translation
Anas ibn Malik reported that the Prophet ﷺ saw some sputum in the qiblah. This was so hard on him that it could be seen in his face. So he stood up, scraped it off with his hand and said, “When one of you stands in his prayer, he is conversing intimately with his Lord – or: his Lord is between him and the qiblah – so let none of you spit in the direction of his qiblah, but rather to his left or under his feet.” Then he took the edge of his upper wrap (rida'), spat into it, then folded part of it over another and said, “Or let him do like this.”
Translator’s note: This refers to the wall of the mosque that faces the qiblah.

Anas ibn Malik berichtete, dass der Prophet ﷺ Auswurf in der Gebetsrichtung (Qibla) sah. Das war ihm so unangenehm, dass man es ihm im Gesicht ansah. Da stand er auf, kratzte ihn mit seiner Hand ab und sagte: „Wenn einer von euch in seinem Gebet steht, dann führt er vertrauliche Zwiesprache mit seinem Herrn – oder: sein Herr ist zwischen ihm und der Gebetsrichtung. Darum soll keiner von euch in Richtung seiner Gebetsrichtung spucken, sondern zu seiner Linken oder unter seine Füße.“ Dann nahm er den Saum seines Umhangs, spuckte hinein, legte dann einen Teil davon über den anderen und sagte: „Oder er soll es so machen.“

Enes b. Mâlik (r.a.), Nebî'nin ﷺ kıble tarafında bir balgam gördüğünü rivayet etti. Bu ona öyle ağır geldi ki yüzünden belli oldu. Kalkıp onu eliyle kazıdı ve şöyle buyurdu: “Biriniz namazında durduğu zaman Rabbiyle baş başa konuşur – yahut: Rabbi onunla kıble arasındadır –. Öyleyse hiçbiriniz kıblesi tarafına tükürmesin; soluna veya ayaklarının altına (tükürsün).” Sonra ridâsının ucunu alıp içine tükürdü, sonra bir kısmını diğerinin üzerine kapattı ve: “Yahut böyle yapsın” buyurdu.
