Chapter 10 · Call to Prayers (Adhaan)
Sahih

The people of knowledge and virtue are most entitled to lead the prayer

Translation

Anas reported: The Prophet ﷺ did not come out for three (days). Then the iqamah was called, and Abu Bakr went to step forward. The Prophet of Allah ﷺ took hold of the screen and raised it. When the face of the Prophet ﷺ became visible, we had never seen a sight more wonderful to us than the face of the Prophet ﷺ when it became visible to us. Then the Prophet ﷺ gestured with his hand to Abu Bakr to step forward, and the Prophet ﷺ let the screen down. After that, no one was able (to see) him until he died.

Deutsch

Enes (r.a.) şöyle rivayet etti: Nebî ﷺ üç (gün) dışarı çıkmadı. Kamet getirildi, Ebû Bekir öne geçmeye davrandı. Allah'ın Nebîsi ﷺ perdeyi tutup kaldırdı. Nebî'nin ﷺ yüzü görününce, Nebî'nin ﷺ bize görünen yüzünden daha hoşumuza giden bir manzara görmemiştik. Nebî ﷺ eliyle Ebû Bekir'e öne geçmesini işaret etti ve Nebî ﷺ perdeyi indirdi. Vefat edinceye kadar da artık ona ulaşılamadı.

Anas ibn Malik reported that Abu Bakr used to lead them in prayer during the illness of the Prophet ﷺ in which he died, until on Monday, while they were in rows in the prayer, the Prophet ﷺ drew aside the curtain of the chamber and looked …
