إِذَا لَمْ يُتِمَّ الإِمَامُ وَأَتَمَّ مَنْ خَلْفَهُ

If the imam does not perform (the prayer) completely, but those behind him do

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يُصَلُّونَ لَكُمْ، فَإِنْ أَصَابُوا فَلَكُمْ، وَإِنْ أَخْطَئُوا فَلَكُمْ وَعَلَيْهِمْ ".

Abu Hurairah reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “They lead you in prayer. If they do it rightly, it is for you; and if they err, it is for you and against them.”
