Sahih

Raising the gaze to the imam in the prayer

Translation

Ibn Abbas reported: The sun was eclipsed in the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he prayed. They said, “O Messenger of Allah, we saw you reaching for something in your place, then we saw you step back.” He said, “I was shown Paradise, and I reached for a bunch of grapes from it. Had I taken it, you would have eaten from it as long as the world remains.”
