Chapter 12 · Friday Prayerفَضْلِ الْغُسْلِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَهَلْ عَلَى الصَّبِيِّ شُهُودُ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ أَوْ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ ".

The superiority of taking a bath on friday
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) (p.b.u.h) said, "Anyone of you attending the Friday (prayers) should take a bath."

Abdullah ibn Umar (möge Allah mit beiden zufrieden sein) berichtete, dass der Gesandte Allahs (Friede sei mit ihm) sagte: „Wenn jemand von euch zum Freitagsgebet kommt, soll er den Ganzkörperwaschung (Ghusl) vollziehen.“

Abdullah İbn Ömer’den (Allah onlardan razı olsun) rivayet edildiğine göre, Resûlullah (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurmuştur: “Sizden kim Cuma’ya gelirse, hemen gusül abdesti alsın.”
