Chapter 14 · The Two Festivals (Eids)التَّكْبِيرِ أَيَّامَ مِنًى وَإِذَا غَدَا إِلَى عَرَفَةَ
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسًا وَنَحْنُ غَادِيَانِ مِنْ مِنًى إِلَى عَرَفَاتٍ عَنِ التَّلْبِيَةِ كَيْفَ كُنْتُمْ تَصْنَعُونَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ كَانَ يُلَبِّي الْمُلَبِّي لاَ يُنْكَرُ عَلَيْهِ، وَيُكَبِّرُ الْمُكَبِّرُ فَلاَ يُنْكَرُ عَلَيْهِ.

To say Takbir on the days of Mina and while proceeding to Arafat
While we were going from Mina to `Arafat, I asked Anas bin Malik رضی اللہ عنہ , about Talbiya, "How did you use to say Talbiya in the company of the Prophet?" Anas said: "People used to say Talbiya and their saying was not objected to and they used to say Takbir and that was not objected to either. "

Abu Nu’aim berichtete uns, der sagte: Malik ibn Anas berichtete uns, der sagte: Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr ath-Thaqafi berichtete mir, dass er Anas fragte, während wir uns von Mina nach 'Arafat begaben, über die Talbiya: »Wie pflegtet ihr dies in Gesellschaft des Propheten, Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm, zu verrichten?« Er antwortete: »Derjenige, der die Talbiya sprach, tat dies, ohne dass es missbilligt wurde, und derjenige, der den Takbir sprach, tat dies, ohne dass es missbilligt wurde.«

Ebu Nu’aym bize rivayet etti, dedi ki: Malik ibn Enes bize rivayet etti, dedi ki: Muhammed ibn Ebi Bekr es-Sakafî bana rivayet etti ki, Mina'dan Arafat'a doğru yola çıkmışken Enes'e telbiye hakkında sordum: ‘Siz, Nebi (s.a.v.) ile birlikteyken nasıl yapardınız?’ O da şöyle cevap verdi: ‘Telbiye getiren kişi (yüksek sesle) telbiye getirir ve ona itiraz edilmezdi; tekbir getiren kişi de tekbir getirir ve ona da itiraz edilmezdi.’
