Chapter 3 · The Book of Purificationحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى قَوْمًا يَتَوَضَّئُونَ مِنَ الْمَطْهَرَةِ فَقَالَ: أَسْبِغُوا الْوُضُوءَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَاقِيبِ مِنَ النَّارِ».

He saw people perform ablution with the help of a water jar and he said: Complete the Wudu for i heard Abu al-Qasim ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) say: Woe to the hamstrings because of hell-fire.

Abū Hurayrah berichtete, dass er einige Leute sah, die aus einem Reinigungsgefäß die rituelle Waschung (Wudū’) vornahmen. Daraufhin sagte er: „Führt die Waschung vollständig (Asbighū al-Wudū’) aus! Denn ich hörte Abū al-Qāsim (ﷺ) sagen: ‚Wehe den Fersen [bzw. Fußgelenken] wegen des (Höllen-)Feuers.‘“

Ebū Hureyre (r.a.) bir temizlik kabından abdest alan insanlar gördü ve onlara şöyle dedi: “Abdesti eksiksiz ve tam yapın! Zira ben Ebū’l-Kāsım’ı (ﷺ) şöyle derken işittim: ‘Ateşten dolayı aşık kemiklerinin (topukların/bileklerin) vay haline!’”
