Chapter 9 · Times of the Prayers
Sahih

The time of the Isha prayer until half of the night

Translation

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet ﷺ delayed the Isha prayer until half of the night, then he prayed and said, “The people have prayed and slept. As for you, you are in prayer as long as you have been waiting for it.” … It is as if I am looking at the glitter of his ring that night.

Translator’s note: The part after “…” is an addition from the transmission of Ibn Abi Maryam via Humayd from Anas.

Other translations

Deutsch

Enes b. Mâlik (r.a.) … O gece yüzüğünün parıltısına bakıyor gibiyim.

Translator’s note: “…” işaretinden sonraki kısım, İbn Ebû Meryem'in Humeyd kanalıyla Enes'ten rivayetindeki ilavedir.
