Chapter 10 · Call to Prayers (Adhaan)
Sahih

Whoever sits in the mosque waiting for the prayer, and the virtue of mosques

Translation

Abu Hurairah reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “The angels invoke blessings upon one of you as long as he remains in his place of prayer, as long as he does not incur hadath (ritual impurity): ‘O Allah, forgive him! O Allah, have mercy on him!’ Each of you remains in prayer as long as the prayer keeps him back, with nothing preventing him from returning to his family but the prayer.”

Ebû Hüreyre (r.a.), Resûlullah'ın ﷺ şöyle buyurduğunu rivayet etti: “Biriniz namaz kıldığı yerde kaldığı sürece, hades hâline düşmedikçe melekler ona: ‘Allah'ım, onu bağışla! Allah'ım, ona merhamet et!’ diye dua ederler. Namaz onu alıkoyduğu sürece, ailesinin yanına dönmekten onu namazdan başka bir şey alıkoymadıkça sizden biri namazda olmaya devam eder.”
