Bölüm 12 · Cumaحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ طَاوُسٌ قُلْتُ لاِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ذَكَرُوا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " اغْتَسِلُوا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَاغْسِلُوا رُءُوسَكُمْ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُونُوا جُنُبًا، وَأَصِيبُوا مِنَ الطِّيبِ ". قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَمَّا الْغُسْلُ فَنَعَمْ، وَأَمَّا الطِّيبُ فَلاَ أَدْرِي.

Tâvûs dedi ki: İbn Abbâs'a (Allah onlardan razı olsun) sordum: “İnsanlar, Nebî’nin (s.a.v.) ‘Cuma günü gusül alın, cünüp olmasanız bile başlarınızı yıkayın ve güzel koku sürünün’ buyurduğunu rivayet ediyorlar.” İbn Abbâs buna karşılık verdi: “Gusül (tam temizlik) hususunda evet (bu sabit bir hükümdür), ama güzel koku (sürme) hususunda bilgim yok.”

Tāwus sagte: Ich fragte Ibn ʿAbbās (Allāh habe Wohlgefallen an beiden): „Man erzählt, der Prophet (ﷺ) habe gesagt: ‚Wascht euch am Freitag gründlich (Ghusl), wascht eure Köpfe, selbst wenn ihr nicht im Zustand der großen Unreinheit (Junub) seid, und benutzt wohlriechende Substanzen (Ṭīb).‘“ Ibn ʿAbbās erwiderte: „Hinsichtlich der Waschung (Ghusl), ja (das ist bestätigt). Hinsichtlich des Parfüms jedoch, weiß ich es nicht.“
English
I said to Ibn `Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما , "The people are narrating that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Take a bath on Friday and wash your heads (i.e. take a thorough bath) even though you were not Junub and use perfume'." On that Ibn `Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما replied, "I know about the bath, (i.e. it is essential) but I do not know about the perfume (i.e. whether it is essential or not.)
