Das Erheben der Stimme in den Moscheen

As-Sa'ib ibn Yazid reported: I was standing in the mosque when a man threw a pebble at me. I looked, and behold, it was Umar ibn al-Khattab. He said, “Go and bring me these two.” So I brought them to him. He said, “Who are you?” – or, “Where are you from?” They said, “From the people of at-Ta'if.” He said, “If you were from the people of this town, I would have made you suffer. You raise your voices in the mosque of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ!”

Anmerkung zur Übersetzung: “This town” refers to Madinah.

Onları ona getirdim. “Siz kimsiniz?” –ya da “Siz nerelisiniz?”– dedi. “Tâif halkındanız” dediler. “Eğer bu şehrin halkından olsaydınız canınızı yakardım. Resûlullah'ın ﷺ mescidinde seslerinizi yükseltiyorsunuz!” dedi.
