Translation

Yahya ibn Umarah al-Mazini reported: I witnessed Amr ibn Abi Hasan asking Abdullah ibn Zayd about the ablution (wudu) of the Prophet ﷺ. He called for a vessel (tawr) of water and performed ablution for them. He tipped (water) onto his hands and washed them three times. Then he put his hand into the vessel, rinsed his mouth, drew water into his nose and blew it out again, three times with three handfuls of water. Then he put his hand into the vessel and washed his face three times. Then he put his hand into the vessel and washed his hands up to the elbows, twice each. Then he put his hand into the vessel and wiped his head, moving his hands forwards and backwards. Then he put his hand into the vessel and washed his feet.
