Chapter 10 · Call to Prayers (Adhaan)
Speaking during the adhan

Translation
Abdullah ibn al-Harith reported: Ibn Abbas addressed us on a muddy day. When the caller to prayer reached “Come to the prayer,” he ordered him to call out, “The prayer (is) in the dwellings!” The people looked at one another, and he said, “One who is better than him did this, and it is an obligation.”
Translator’s note: The one who is better refers to the Prophet ﷺ. “An obligation” refers to the Friday prayer: Ibn Abbas did not want to compel the people to come through the mud.

Deutsch
Abdullah b. Hâris şöyle rivayet etti: İbn Abbâs (r.a.) çamurlu bir günde bize hutbe okudu. Müezzin “Hayye ale's-salâh”a gelince ona: “Namaz evlerde (kılınsın)!” diye seslenmesini emretti.
