  حَفِظْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وِعَاءَيْنِ، فَأَمَّا أَحَدُهُمَا فَبَثَثْتُهُ، وَأَمَّا الآخَرُ فَلَوْ بَثَثْتُهُ قُطِعَ هَذَا الْبُلْعُومُ.

  Abu Hurairah reported: I have preserved from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ two vessels (of knowledge). One of them I have spread; as for the other, if I had spread it, this throat would have been cut.

  Abu Hurairah reported from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he said, “When the heat becomes intense, delay the prayer until it is cooler, for the intensity of the heat is from the raging heat of Hell.”

  أَعْتَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْعِشَاءِ حَتَّى نَادَاهُ عُمَرُ الصَّلاَةَ، نَامَ النِّسَاءُ وَالصِّبْيَانُ. فَخَرَجَ فَقَالَ " مَا يَنْتَظِرُهَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الأَرْضِ غَيْرُكُمْ ". قَالَ وَلاَ يُصَلَّى يَوْمَئِذٍ إِلاَّ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، وَكَانُوا يُصَلُّونَ فِيمَا بَيْنَ أَنْ يَغِيبَ الشَّفَقُ إِلَى ثُلُثِ اللَّيْلِ الأَوَّلِ.

  كُنْتُ أَتَسَحَّرُ فِي أَهْلِي ثُمَّ يَكُونُ سُرْعَةٌ بِي أَنْ أُدْرِكَ صَلاَةَ الْفَجْرِ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.

  Sahl ibn Sa'd reported: I used to take the suhur meal with my family, and then I would have to hurry to catch the Fajr prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
